Jurisdiction challenge succeeds

Thomson Heath & Associates has successfully represented Magnus Granath, a Norwegian national, in a claim brought against him in the UK by Craig Wright, a computer scientist.

On 16 January 2020, Mr Justice Jay handed down his judgment. The Judge found in favour of Mr Granath and ordered that the Claim Form issued by Mr Wright is set aside. A report of the judgment is here.
