Sir Simon Hughes and Others v Associated Newspapers Limited – Update

Following an application made by the Claimants in their actions against Associated Newspapers, the Secretary of State for Culture Media and Sport and the Secretary of State for the Home Department have decided to vary the Final Restriction Order (FRO) issued by Sir Brian Leveson on 29 November 2012 in relation to documentation provided to the Leveson Inquiry.
