Shelley Vincent
Practice Manager
Shelley has over 35 years’ experience at law firms in London, supporting fee-earners and working with the management teams in a variety of roles. Starting as an office manager/PA at a one-man practice in North London, moving to Clifford Chance and over the past 25 years at high profile boutique media firms.
She studied business management with the Open University and became office manager at a specialist media firm in 2000 (having joined the firm as a PA in 1990) where she worked with many fee-earners including Mark Thomson. Her roles at law firms have included HR. Recruitment, IT management, marketing, staff management, facilities and supplier management, whilst also having involvement in fee-earning work.
In 2005 she diversified and spent 4 years working with charities and local authorities, setting up and managing supported living services for young adults with autism and challenging behaviour.
She returned to work in London at Thomson Heath & Associates soon after Mark joined Graham in 2009. Shelley has a wide range of management and administration responsibilities with the overall purpose of ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
