Sienna Miller v NGN – Statement in Open Court
Thomson Heath & Associates is pleased to announce that Sienna Miller has successfully settled her privacy claim against Newsgroup Newspapers Limited in relation to unlawful information gathering by the Sun newspaper.
The Unilateral Statement in Open Court was read today in the High Court before Mr Justice Fancourt, the Managing Judge in the phone-hacking litigation – the statement is available here.
Sienna Miller was represented by Mark Thomson, Emily Jenkins, Isabella Ritchie and Yinka McKay Wood.
