Various Claimants V Associated Newspapers Limited – Trial concludes
Thomson Heath Jenkins & Associates has been engaged in proceedings before the High Court, representing Baroness Doreen Lawrence of Clarendon OBE, Elizabeth Hurley, Sir Simon Hughes, Sir Elton John, and David Furnish in their claims against Associated Newspapers Limited, the publisher of the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday. The case forms part of a wider High Court action also involving the Duke of Sussex and Sadie Frost.
