Phone Hacking Trial starts today – 10th May 2023 – Various Claimants v MGN
Thomson Heath and Associates, Lead Solicitors for the Claimant Group, have instructed David Sherborne and Julian Santos from 5RB to appear at the High Court Trial starting today.
The Trial of claims for phone hacking and related unlawful information gathering against MGN Ltd, the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror and People Newspapers, began today in Court 15 in the Rolls building, before Mr Justice Fancourt (the Managing Judge of the MNHL). The Trial is currently listed to last for up to 7 weeks.
