In addition to our substantial media litigation experience, we have considerable expertise in commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, shareholders’ and partnership disputes, professional negligence, trusts disputes and intellectual property disputes, including copyright infringement and passing off.

Besides that, we are often instructed to represent clients in mediations, and often advise in relation to disputes with an international element. We regularly utilise foreign law firms with whom we have a long association and history, and ensure that commercial and individual clients receive the best advice whatever the issue at hand.

Resolving disputes can be as complicated as the litigation itself. We advise clients on all of the options, after analysing the evidence. If at all possible, we will seek resolution prior to the commencement of litigation.

In addition, we have experience of Group Litigation, ATE insurance, Funding, Regulatory issues, and offer the highest quality of technical, industry-focused and strategic advice.
